Here are the steps we take to provide you with a project quotation.
Step 1: Consultation
After your initial enquiry, our Designer will visit your property to carry out your personal consultation.
We will discuss what you want to achieve, and how you can optimise your kitchen space and budget. Our team always offer expert solutions and advice because we know if we start right, we can avoid any future pitfalls, stress, and additional cost.
Step 2: Quotational proposal
Within 5 working days, you will be invited into our showroom where our Designer will be present your CAD and quotation proposal. Your quote is valid for 30 days and will clearly outline the essential aspects of your project. Clarity and transparency at this stage is key to delivering a project that meets your objectives and budget.
Step 3: Quotational acceptance
Once you have chosen Hampton Group to deliver your kitchen project, we provide a sales contract and payment schedule. After signing, we will arrange a final survey, confirm your installation date, and the begin to manufacture your dream kitchen in our factory workshop.
