No matter what time of year it is, if you’re investing in your home you want to enjoy the benefits all year round. Here are some improvements you can make to ensure you home is comfortable and useable any time of year.

Replace your single-glazed or outdated windows with double or triple-glazed, multi-chambered frame with high energy ratings.
- Evaluate how you heat and cool your home and whether an upgrade is needed. Investing in an efficient new heating system, smart heating controls and temperature sensors can lower energy bills during the winter months. Air conditioning could be a smart choice for all round comfort with options that both cool and heat the home.
- Ventilation and air quality are particularly important when undergoing home renovations. To keep your property free of damp, mould and condensation consider including air filtration, humidity control, ventilation and extraction where necessary.
- Lighting can dramatically change the comfort of a room. When designing a room, be intentional about the lighting.
